What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. We will set the price later together with the businesses in the pilot — on the best terms for them, and with at least 30 days' notice.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
No. Kublet works fully on its own: you build the system from a ready template and work on the screens. Claude is an extra, if you already have it.
Where is my data kept?
On a server in Germany, backed up every night. The data is yours: download it whenever you like, or ask us to delete it.
Can you bring my Excel across?
Yes. On day one of the pilot we move your clients, products and stock across with you.
My staff do not use computers.
They do not need to. You send a link, they sign in on their phone with a name and a password, and work there. A cheap Android is enough.
What if the internet drops?
Records live on the server, so the shop needs a connection — mobile data is enough. When it comes back, you carry on where you left off.
